Your privacy is paramount to us. We offer discreet billing and shipping so you can feel comfortable shopping at vejuve.com. We will never sell, rent, or share any information about you or your order to anyone or any entity for any reason.

DISCREET BILLING

Your credit card information is not stored or filed anywhere on our database and cannot be accessed by anyone or any entity for any reason. Your transaction will appear on your credit card statement under the name "MIC", and will include a contact phone number.

DISCREET SHIPPING

All orders are shipped discreetly in a plain cardboard box. The shipping label will identify the shipper as "MIC". For international shipments, which require a declarations page to identify the contents of the package, the following generic description will be used:  Silicone Feminine Hygiene Product

METHODS OF CONTACT

Once an order has been placed at vejuve.com, two emails will be sent to the provided valid email address: an order confirmation (sent when the order has been received) and a second e-mail when the order ships, including shipping information such as the tracking number. If we have difficulty processing an order or if there are complications relating to shipping and delivering the package, you may receive a call or an email to explain the complication(s). All customer service representatives are trained to identify themselves as representatives of "MIC" and to disclose the nature of the call only to the person whose name appears on the order. Our representatives will never leave voice messages (unless verbal or written consent is given by the customer in advance). Your comfort and privacy is wholeheartedly respected and ensured.

DELIVERY POLICY FOR IN-STOCK ITEMS

It is our policy to ship in-stock items within 1-3 business days of receipt of an order. However, from time to time, if a promotion is underway, the order may take up to 5 business days before it is shipped. Actual delivery times will vary with the shipping method chosen at checkout.

BACKORDERED ITEMS

Backordered items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of becoming available. Actual delivery times will vary with the shipping method chosen at checkout.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

The product is shipped in a sealed retail box placed within a plain cardboard shipping box. 

If you decide to return your new, unopened (no removal and/or tampering of the safety seals) vejuVe Enhancer within 30 days of the date of shipment, we will refund your entire purchase in full, less shipping and handling costs.  However, due to the intimate nature of this product, once the sealed retail box has been opened, we do not accept returns.

To return the sealed and unused vejuVe Enhancer, please go through this simple procedure:

Email sales@vejuVe.com with RETURN in the subject line.  In the body of the email please let us know your name and order number.  We'll email you back with a RAN (Return Authorization Number) and provide you with an address to return the item to.

Once your item is received by MAURLIN and verified that the seals on the retail box are intact, your purchase price less shipping and handling costs will be refunded to your credit card within 1-2 business days.

WARRANTY

The vejuVe Enhancer has a one year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects on the product.  The warranty covers product replacement only. No other warranties are expressed or implied.  No medical claims are implied or warranted by the use of this product.

VALID WARRANTY CLAIMS

  • Warranty claims must be made within one year of the date of original purchase (or a longer period where required by law).
  • Warranty claims must have a valid purchase order number.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product, personal preferences, damage caused by misuse, loss, abuse or negligent handling. It also does not apply to any unit that has been subject to tampering or to product samples.

PRODUCT INFORMATION NEEDED FOR A WARRANTY RETURN

  • All warranty returns must have an RAN (Return Authorization Number),
  • Please contact MAURLIN via sales@vejuVe.com and request an RAN,
  • All of the information below is required for being given an RAN,
    • Name & address of person applying for the warranty,
    • Proof of purchase. If you do not have proof of purchase, your product is not covered under this warranty program,
    • Purchase date,
    • Purchase location (i.e., web site or store name & address),
    • Defect description, and
    • Product bar-code number.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS

  • Items returned to MAURLIN for a warranty claim must be shipped with prepaid postage. We will not accept COD (Collect on Delivery) warranty returns.
  • Shipping costs for warranty claims are non-refundable.
  • MAURLIN will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item(s) to the address provided on the Warranty Documentation and/or RAN Request Form.
  • If the item(s) being returned to MAURLIN do not adhere to the warranty criteria, MAURLIN will attempt to send back the item(s) at the customer's expense.

TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

  • Obtain an RAN using steps above.
  • Ship item back to MAURLIN: 7620 Elbow Drive S.W., Calgary, Alberta, T2V 1K2, Canada
  • Returning items must have the following:
    • RAN
    • Name
    • Address

We will inspect the items returned and send an email to confirm how the return will be processed.

*If the warranty claim is approved, you will receive a replacement item within 10–14 business days of receipt of the returning product. If you have questions, please email us at sales@vejuve.com.

MONEY ORDERS

We do accept money orders.  Please send an email to sales@vejuve.com with your name, age (you must be at least 18 years of age and/or the appropriate age to purchase adult sexual products within your country), product desired and address.  Title the email with MONEY ORDER in the subject line.  We'll respond to your email and send you the exact payment amount required for the product that you are looking for including any shipping & handling charges.

  • When sending money orders through the mail, we recommend sending the envelope with tracking.
  • Once we receive the Money Order, we'll send you an email acknowledging receipt of the Money order, then we'll send out the desired product and email you a tracking number for the package.
  • Money orders that are not in the exact payment amount will be destroyed.
  • We are not responsible for lost money orders that are sent to us that get lost within the postal system.

The product is designed to be positioned inside the vagina. Although it is extremely durable for the intended application, subjecting the product to excessive stress and abuse could cause a failure that could result in personal injury.
